I went to Noodles and Company the other day, ready to order the usual: Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. (Yum!)
Well, when I went in to order, I saw a sign for something new: Barbecue pork mac and cheese. Huh?????
Traditional Wisconsin mac n cheese, slow-braised tender pork, barbecue sauce, and crunchy fried onion strings. Oh yeah.
I ordered it instead, and it may be my favorite meal EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go there every day now.

ReplyDeleteIt's been a while since I've eaten at Noodles, I think the last thing I tried was their Pasta Fresca, which was a penne with red onions, garlic, parmesean and a few other ingredients. It was pretty good. I'll have to try the BBQ Pok MacnCheese next time I'm there.
