Music Thursday

You may have noticed lately that I have been a LITTLE obsessed with actor Hadley Fraser.
I'm going to share with you today a audio recording (complemented by a photo slideshow) of Hadley singing "Stars" from Les Miserables.
I want to point out that he has played many roles in this musical! Marius, Grantaire, Javert, and the Army Officer in the 2012 movie.Wow!
Here are some photos of those roles...
Marius
Grantaire
Javert as a spy
Army Officer

Regular Javert

    2. I've never heard of John Cudia, I'll have to look him up!

My brother likes Hugh Panero's acting style for the phantom in the final lair, but he prefers Ramin. :)

I like Hugh Panaro, also! I saw him as Phantom in NYC.

  4. Cool! Looks like he's done a lot of Les Mis stuff. Too bad he couldn't be Javert in the movie! ;)

    1. Thanks, Nathan! I think he would have been better than Russel Crowe, but I guess they thought Hadley was too young for Javert.

  5. Yes Hadley should have been Javert in the movie, just compare the two audios Russell Crowe/Hadley Hadley/Russell Crowe... No comparison Hadley wins hands down!! Did I see a Ramin Karimloo as Jean Val Jean there with Hadley?? I agree Ramin is a good Phantom,I think he is second to John Cudia, I also enjoyed Hugh Panero as Phantom, He was very gracious when signing autographs.
